Z SPARS Slab Reefing Boom
For the sake of clarity, the reef hook at the tack of the mainsail is omitted. When reefed, the cringle 'A' is hooked onto this hook.
Note that the reef hook MUST be located AFT of the tack shackle (i.e. sloping aft at about 45°), otherwise it will foul the gooseneck bracket when the boom is squared away.
